National Assembly Speaker Meets with Spanish Congress President

Within her official visit to the Kingdom of Spain, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, met with the President of the Spanish Congress of Deputies, Francina Armengol.


Brnabic and Armengol talked about advancing the bilateral relations between Serbia and Spain, with a special emphasis on parliamentary cooperation. The National Assembly Speaker restated how very grateful our people are for Spain’s steadfast stance as regards respecting our country’s territorial integrity.

“This meeting once again affirmed the closeness of our relations and mutual commitment to advance them in the interest of the people of both countries. I hope that in the near future I will have the opportunity to reciprocate the warm welcome”, said the National Assembly Speaker.
