National Assembly Delegation to Visit Scottish Parliament
A delegation of the National Assembly, headed by MP Zoran Babic, will be visiting the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, from 5 to 8 February 2013.
Organised by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) as part of the project of further strengthening of the National Assembly’s control and legislative capacities, the visit will allow the National Assembly delegation members to talk to their Scottish counterparts and Service employees about the organisation of work at the Scottish Parliament, with a special focus on how the control function is put into effect, the MPs’ Code of Conduct and the work of the Finance Committee.
The delegation also comprises National Assembly Deputy Speakers Vesna Kovac and Gordana Comic, MPs Meho Omerovic, Elvira Kovacs, Nenad Konstantinovic and Vladimir Marinkovic, as well as Mladen Mladenovic, Deputy Secretary General.
