National Assembly Delegation at European Parliamentary Week in Brussels

National Assembly delegation comprising National Assembly Deputy Speaker Veroljub Arsic and MP Elvira Kovacs is taking part in European Parliamentary Week 2017, on 30 and 31 January, at the European Parliament in Brussels.


The forum is attended by parliamentarians from all the member states and their representatives in the European Parliament. The representatives of the National Assembly, Turkish Parliament and Norway are taking part as observers. The topic of the forum is “Policy Priorities of the 2017 European Semester Cycle” and “European Monetary Union redux – How to shape a genuine Economic and Monetary Union?” The Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs, Committee on Employment and Social Affairs, and Committee on Budgets will also have interparliamentary meetings.
