NARS Speaker’s Statement on Adoption of Dick Marty’s Report and Resolution

Regarding the adoption of the Report of Council of Europe rapporteur Dick Marty and Resolution “Investigation into the allegations of inhuman treatment of people and illicit trafficking in human organs in Kosovo” at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, at today session in which the NARS delegation headed by Prof. Dr Dragoljub Micunovic was particularly active, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic said: “Today’s adoption of Dick Marty’s Report and Resolution by the Council of Europe is an important event as regards the opening of an investigation into the allegations of inhuman treatment of people and illicit trafficking in human organs in Kosovo.



Regarding the adoption of the Report of Council of Europe rapporteur Dick Marty and Resolution “Investigation into the allegations of inhuman treatment of people and illicit trafficking in human organs in Kosovo” at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, at today session in which the NARS delegation headed by Prof. Dr Dragoljub Micunovic was particularly active, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic said:

“Today’s adoption of Dick Marty’s Report and Resolution by the Council of Europe is an important event as regards the opening of an investigation into the allegations of inhuman treatment of people and illicit trafficking in human organs in Kosovo.

The Serbian public and, I am sure, the world community expects the international community, and KFOR and EULEX in particular, to implement the appropriate measures to find out the truth about the allegations contained in Dick Marty’s Report.”
