Meeting with US Congressmen at NATO PA Session
At the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Spring Session, held in Vilnius from 30 May to 1 June 2026, the Head of the standing delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to the NATO PA Prof. Dr Zoran Dragisic, and delegation members Natasa Jovanovic and Aleksandar Markovic met with the Head of the US delegation to the NATO PA Republican Congressman Michael Turner.
The officials underlined the importance of Turner’s visit to the Republic of Serbia as a positive trend followed by the development of bilateral relations.
In the course of the meeting with the Republican Congressman from Georgia Rich McCormick, the officials highlighted the importance of the dialogue and partnership with the US and gave a positive assessment of the quality of the cooperation the state institutions of the Republic of Serbia have had in the past years with the US Congress.
