National Assembly Deputy Speaker Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic met with Ahmad Shahidov, representative of the Azerbaijan Institute for Democracy and Human Rights, to discuss organizing a conference on human and minority rights and democracy in the first quarter of next year.
