MPs to Attend NATO PA Training Programme

A National Assembly delegation will be taking part in the Parliamentary Training Programme organized by the NATO Parliamentary Assembly for the members of the National Assembly delegation to the NATO PA and members of the relevant assembly committees, on 18 and 19 September 2017, in Brussels, Kingdom of Belgium.

The parliamentarians will be briefed on the NATO PA’s role and mode of operation, as well as NATO’s current political agenda and operations in the Western Balkans.

The participants will, among others, be addressed by NATO Deputy Secretary General Rose Gottemoeller, Head of the Serbian Mission to NATO Miomir Udovicki, and representatives of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, while the roundtable on national views of NATO after the summit in Warsaw and cooperation with the Republic of Serbia will be attended by the standing representatives of Montenegro, Greece and Italy in NATO.

The National Assembly delegation comprises the following: Zarko Micin, Vladimir Djukanovic, MA Jasmina Nikolic, Prof. Dr Zoran Dragisic, Dr Ivan Bauer, Prof. Dr Ljubisa Stojmirovic and Dubravka Filipovski.
