Ivica Dacic Congratulates Hanukkah
My most heartfelt congratulations to all the members of the Jewish community in Serbia on Hanukkah, the festival of lights and dedication, may they spend their holidays in peace and harmony, devotion to each other and everyone they live with. Hanukkah teaches not only Jews, but everyone else how important it is to fight, without fear, for what is right. It reminds us how important it is to preserve tradition as a guide to peaceful and harmonious life in the community, as well as to stand together to oppose anyone who would cast a stone at these eternal values. May the menorah illuminate your homes with the light of peace, prosperity and togetherness.
