International Roundtable “One Belt One Road/Economy-Security-Politics”

The National Assembly hosted the international roundtable “One Belt One Road/Economy-Security-Politics”, addressed on behalf of the National Assembly Speaker by National Assembly Deputy Speaker Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic.

The National Assembly endorses the cooperation and strategic partnership between Serbia and China. The Government and President of the Republic of Serbia are working on creating a favourable business environment in the country and are committed to regional stability. They are also working on boosting the number of Chinese investors in Serbia, said Marinkovic. He wished the participants and the Chinese delegation headed by Zhang Zhaoan, Vice President of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and representative of the National People’s Congress of China, productive work, hoping that more international gatherings are to follow.

The participants of the roundtable were also addressed by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic and Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antic.
