Hundred and Twenty-Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 7 June, the Legislative Committee considered, in principle, the two Bills included in the agenda for the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011.
The Committee unanimously decided to inform the National Assembly that the Bill on Financing Political Activities and the Bill amending the Excise Tax Law, submitted by the Government, adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
