Hundred and Thirty-Ninth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 30 July, the members of the Legislative Committee considered the Proposal of the Declaration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on the current situation in Kosovo and Metohija following the unilateral and violent actions of the provisional institutions of self-government in Pristina.
At the sitting held on 30 July, the members of the Legislative Committee considered the Proposal of the Declaration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on the current situation in Kosovo and Metohija following the unilateral and violent actions of the provisional institutions of self-government in Pristina.
The Committee members informed the National Assembly that the Declaration Proposal complies with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
In the continuation, the Committee members considered the 11 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Declaration Proposal. The Committee deemed nine of the submitted amendments legally feasible.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
