Hundred and Thirty-First Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 5 July, the Legislative Committee considered, in principle, the six Bills submitted by the Government and included in the agenda for the Sixth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly.
The Committee considered the Bill on Library Information Activity, Bill on Old and Rare Library Material, Bill on Mandatory Publication Copy, Bill on Optic Discs, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Basis of the System of Education and Upbringing and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mandatory Contributions for Social Insurance.
The Legislative Committee unanimously decided to inform the National Assembly that the submitted Bills comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
