Hundred and Thirty-Eighth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 28 July, the members of the Legislative Committee considered the amendment to Article 2 of the Energy Bill, submitted by the Industry Committee
At the sitting held on 28 July, the members of the Legislative Committee considered the amendment to Article 2 of the Energy Bill, submitted by the Industry Committee.
The Committee members forwarded an opinion to the National Assembly that the amendment adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic.
