Hundred and Sixteenth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 12 April, the Legislative Committee considered Bill amending and modifying the Law on Payment Transactions, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on EPS Electronic Counters guarantee between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, Bill on the Confirmation of the Corridor 10 Motorway (E-80) Phase I Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia the European Investment Bank and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the International Criminal Court on the enforcement of International Criminal Court Sentences, in principle.

The Committee also considered the amendments to the Bill on Advocacy, Bill on Public Notaries, Bill on Enforcement and Security and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions.
The Committee unanimously deemed all the amendments legally feasible, except for two submitted to the Bill on Enforcement and Security which were rejected as incomplete.
