Hundred and Forty-Second Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 12 September, the Legislative Committee considered the four Bills submitted by the Government and included into the agenda for the Twelfth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly in 2011.
The Committee considered the Criminal Procedure Bill, Civil Procedure Bill, Rehabilitation Bill and Bill on Protection of Business Secrets, in principle.
The Legislative Committee unanimously decided to inform the National Assembly that the Bills comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
