Hundred and Forty-Fifth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
On Voting Day, 26 September, National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic convened a sitting of the Legislative Committee.
At the sitting, the Committee considered the amendment submitted by the Justice and Administration Committee to Article 378, paragraph 3 of the Civil Procedure Bill for the purpose of harmonisation with the text of the adopted amendment, with modification, submitted by MP Djordje Milicevic to Article 85 of the Bill.
