Hundred and Fifty-Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 15 December, the Legislative Committee considered the 16 Bills included in the agenda for the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011.
The Committee also considered the three Bills submitted to the National Assembly to be debated under urgent procedure viz.: the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Constitutional Court, Bill amending and modifying the Company Law and the Bill amending the Law on Stimulating the Construction Industry of the Republic of Serbia in response to the new Conditions of the Economic Crisis.
