Head of National Assembly Delegation to NATO PA Visits Sarajevo

The Head of the National Assembly’s standing delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, MP Dragan Sormaz will be taking part in the visit of the Committee for Civil Dimension of Security (Sub-Committee on Democratic Governance) to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 7 and 8 March 2016.

The objective of the visit is for the parliamentarians to gain better insight into the state of play as regards Bosnia and Herzegovina’s internal and foreign policy and the development of the situation in the Western Balkan region. Besides the meetings in the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the participants are also planned to meet with representatives of the Ministry of Defence and the Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ministry of Security, BiH Foreign Ministry and representatives of embassies and civil society in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
