Gojkovic in Official Visit to Republic of Korea

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic will be in official visit to the Republic of Korea from Tuesday, 17 December, at the invitation of the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Moon Hee-sang.

In the course of the visit Gojkovic will meet with Moon Hee-sang to discuss the advancement of parliamentary relations and overall bilateral relations between the two countries and potential for the further development of economic cooperation.

The two parliament speakers will sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea to promote friendly relations and intensify cooperation at the highest parliamentary level, between parliamentary committees and groups, delegations in international organizations and the support services.

In the course of the visit Gojkovic will also visit the LS Group and discuss economic cooperation and investments with LS Group Chairman Christopher Koo and Yura Corporation CEO Ohm Dae Yeol, and also visit the Hyundai company.

The National Assembly delegation is visiting the Republic of Korea in the year marking the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations.
