Gojkovic Sends Telegram of Condolences to Macedonian Assembly President

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Macedonian Assembly Trajko Veljanoski:

“It was with disbelief that we received the shocking news of the death of Macedonian citizens and members of the Macedonian police force. We condemn this attempt to undermine the stability of Macedonia and the region, most severely. Please allow me to extend deepest condolences on the behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and myself, for the victims of the attack of the armed groups near Kumanovo.

The Republic of Serbia is committed to peace, stability and the right to life. We express full solidarity in the defence of these values from extremism and violence.

Please accept our friendly support in this difficult moment and convey our deepest sympathies to the families of the victims.”
