Gojkovic Convenes New Sitting, Bill on Preventing Domestic Violence on Agenda

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic convened the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016 for Tuesday, 15 November, with five items on the agenda, among them the Bill on Preventing Domestic Violence.


The MPs will also deliberate on the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code, Bill on Organisation and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, Terrorism and Corruption, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Seizure and Confiscation of Proceeds from Crime, submitted by the Serbian Government.

The agenda also contains the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of President and Members of the Securities Commission, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending.

The sitting will be held at the Grand Hall of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, starting at 10 am.
