Gojkovic Convenes Extraordinary Session for 8 July

At the request of 161 MPs, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic convened the 13th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature, for Monday, 8 July.

The proposed agenda is as follows: Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group, Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Party of Modern Serbia Parliamentary Group, Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Dismissal and Appointment of Members and Substitute Members of the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by the Party of Modern Serbia Parliamentary Group, Proposal of the Decision on the election of deputy public prosecutor, submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council, Proposal of the Decision on the election of deputy public prosecutor, submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council, Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, and the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending.

The session will be held at the National Assembly House, starting at 11 am.
