Fourth Sitting of the Election Campaign Supervisory Board

The Election Campaign Supervisory Board held its fourth sitting on 21 and 28 November 2023, where it considered civic petitions and information from the Supervisory Board members concerning the conduct of the participants of the election process, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on compensations and other work-related expenses of the Election Campaign Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board considered the petition submitted by the Women's Leadership Academy on 15 November 2023 and unanimously decided to send a memo to the submitter regarding compliance with Article 47 of the Law on Gender Equality.

The civic petition dated 16 November 2023, regarding the media appearances of individual members of the Supervisory Board was also considered and it was decided by majority vote that the members did not violate the Supervisory Board Rules of Procedure with those actions.

The Supervisory Board also considered three proposals submitted by Supervisory Board member Dr Slobodan Prvanovic regarding the appearances of the President of the Republic in the media. By majority vote, the Supervisory Board rejected the proposals as unfounded.

The Supervisory Board unanimously passed the Decision on compensations and other work-related expenses of the Election Campaign Supervisory Board.

The sitting was chaired by Supervisory Board Chairman Svetislav Goncic, and attended by the following Supervisory Board members: Aleksandar Milosavljevic, Prof. Dr Dragan Vucinic, Dr Jovanka Matic, Dr Slobodan Prvanovic, Prof. Dr Branko M. Rakic, Prof. Dr Miodrag Savovic, Prof. Dr Bojan Tubic, MA Vojin Vucicevic and Aleksandar Stamatovic.
