Fourth Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 13 May, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Bill on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions, Bill on Enforcement of Non-Custodial Sanctions and Measures and the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, in principle.

The Committee also considered the Bill on Attorney’s Office, Bill on Mediation in Dispute Resolution, Bill amending and modifying the Civil Procedure Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings and the Bill amending the Law on Enforcement and Security, in principle.
The Committee members unanimously accepted all the bills in principle.
The Committee discussed and accepted the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Deputy Public Prosecutor, submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council and the Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office of Public Prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Leskovac.
The bills were elaborated by State Secretary at the Ministry of Justice Biljana Pavlovic, and the decision proposals by the members of the State Prosecutorial Council Zorica Stojsic and Majda Rakic.

The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
