Fourth Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 12 September 2022, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Aleksandra Djankovic.

The Committee members submitted a Report to the National Assembly that the said situations fall under Article 131, paragraph 1, items 1 and 6 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation and death are listed as reasons for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office.

The Committee members went on to consider the request submitted by MP Vesna Savovic Petkovic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and adopted a Certificate on said request.

The Committee also considered the request submitted by MP Bosko Obradovic to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and living separately from his family and adopted a Certificate on said request.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Djordje Komlenski, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Janko Veselinovic, Radmila Vasic, Vojislav Mihailovic, Dragana Rakic, Miroslav Aleksic, Ana Miljanic, Aleksandar Markovic, Sanja Maric, Dunja Simonović Bratic, Veroljub Matic, Sandra Bozic and Zivota Starcevic.
