The Committee then proceeded to review the Proposal of the Decision on the establishment of National Assembly Complaints Commission. Providing the rationale for the Proposal, National Assembly Secretary General Svetislava Bulajic said that continuity and institutional memory are very important for prompt and accurate operation, which is why it is proposed to keep the composition of the Commission the same, and only replace the one member who retired.

The Committee passed the Decision on the establishment of the Complaints Commission, headed by Sanja Pecelj, with Natasa Rosic, Sanja Stajic, Milica Basic and Sladjana Radivojevic as members.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Marinika Tepic, Vesna Rakonjac, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Katarina Rakic, Aleksandra Djurovic, Momo Colakovic, Aleksandra Jerkov, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandar Markovic, Dr Darko Laketic and Branka Stamenkovic.
