Forty-Third Sitting of the Committee on Transportation and Communications
At the sitting held on 22 November, the Committee on Transportation and Communications considered and endorsed in principle the Bill on the Confirmation of the International Convention on Maritime Liens and Mortgages, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the Special Equipment to be Used for such Carriage (ATP), Bill on the Confirmation of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the State of Kuwait and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Armenia, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Bills were briefly outlined by representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. In the course of a short debate, the Committee members mainly focused on the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the Special Equipment to be Used for such Carriage (ATP) considering the importance of the sphere the Bill regulates.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Velimir Ilic.
