Forty-Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Defense and Security
The sitting of the Committee on Defense and Security, held on 17 November, was convened in line with Article 165, paragraph 1 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, relating to the situation arisen at the National Assembly sitting owing to the acceptance of a modified amendment to the Bill on Residence and Dwelling of Citizens.
Considering that, due to the acceptance of an amendment to Article 15 of said Bill the need had arisen to harmonise Articles 16 and 17 with the accepted amendment, the Committee decided, by a majority of votes, to submit two amendments of its own to the National Assembly.
The sitting was chaired by Dusan Bajatovic, Committee Chairman.
