Forty-Eighth Sitting of the European Integrations Committee
At the sitting held on 12 September, the European Integrations Committee considered, in principle, the Criminal Procedure Bill and Civil Procedure Bill.
The Bills were elaborated by a representative of the Ministry of Justice.
The Committee unanimously accepted the Criminal Procedure Bill and Civil Procedure Bill, in principle.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Laszlo Varga.
