The Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Natasa Micic, convened the First Session of the First Regular Sitting in 2003 for Tuesday 18 March, beginning at 10 a.
The Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Natasa Micic, convened the First Session of the First Regular Sitting in 2003 for Tuesday 18 March, beginning at 10 a.m.
This session will discuss Bills Amending and Modifying the Act on the Ordering of Courts and the Act on the Seats and Competencies of Courts and Public Prosecutors’ Offices, as well as the Bill on the Organisation and Competencies of State Bodies in Combating Organised Crime, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
Besides these items, the Assembly will also discuss the Proposal of a Decision on the Dismissal from Office the District Public Prosecutor of Prokuplje, submitted by the Committee on Justice and Administration.
