Fifty-Sixth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 12 October, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Decision on the Establishment and Work of the Support Service of the Equality Commissioner.
At the sitting held on 12 October, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Decision on the Establishment and Work of the Support Service of the Equality Commissioner.
The Committee noted that the Equality Commissioner had made the decision in line with article 32 of the Anti-Discrimination Law.
The Committee formulated the Decision Granting Consent to the Decision on the Establishment and Work of the Support Service of the Equality Commissioner and proposed that the National Assembly adopt it under urgent procedure.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
