Fifty-Ninth Sitting of the Committee on Science and Technological Development
At the fifty-ninth sitting held on 16 September, the Committee on Science and Technological Development considered, in detail, the Bill on Protection of Business Secrets, submitted by the Government.
The sitting was attended by Minister of Education and Science Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic and the Director of the Intellectual Property Office Branka Totic.
The MPs had submitted 16 amendments to the Bill, out of which the Government and Committee accepted 6. The Committee also submitted two amendments of its own to the Bill.
Committee member Zoran Kasalovic was appointed Committee rapporteur to the National Assembly session.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Srboljub Zivanovic.
