Fifty-Fourth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 13 July, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Nominations for the Election of a member of the High Judicial Council from the ranks of law faculty professors.
At the sitting held on 13 July, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Nominations for the Election of a member of the High Judicial Council from the ranks of law faculty professors. The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly elect Prof. Dr Predrag Dimitrijevic, Dean of the Nis Law Faculty, member of the High Judicial Council from the ranks of law faculty professors.
The Committee formulated the Decision Proposal on Granting Consent to the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Support Service of the Equality Commissioner, with amendment.
At the sitting, the Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Anti-Corruption Agency and ruled to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill in principle.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
