Fifty-Fifth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 26 July, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Judges for a three-year term of office at courts of general and special jurisdiction, submitted by the High Judicial Council as the authorised submitter, and noted that the Decision Proposal had been submitted in line with the Law on Judges.

Following the debate, the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Judges for a three-year term of office at courts of general and special jurisdiction, except for the proposal that Tatjana Stevanovic be elected judge of the
The Justice and Administration Committee also considered the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Deputy Public Prosecutor submitted by the State Prosecutors Council as the authorised submitter, and noted that the Decision Proposal had been submitted in line with the Law on the Public Prosecution.
Following the discussion, the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Decision Proposal.
The Committee went on to grant consent to the Rulebook on internal organisation and job systematisation at the Anti-Corruption Agency support service.
