Fifty-Fifth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting, held on 18 December, the Administrative Committee considered the grounds for termination of the term of office of deputy Maraci Nandor.
At the sitting, held on 18 December, the Administrative Committee considered the grounds for termination of the term of office of deputy Maraci Nandor.
The Administrative Committee ascertained the occurrence of case listed in article 88, paragraph 1, item 8 of the Law on the Election of Deputies and proposed that the National Assembly note the termination of the term of office of deputy Maraci Nandor, elected from the For European Serbia – Boris Tadic electoral list, before the expiration of the term he was elected for, due to death.
The Committee members adopted a Report establishing the grounds for the termination of the term of office of deputy Maraci Nandor which would be submitted to the National Assembly.
