At the fiftieth sitting held on 1 June, the Legislative Committee discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, submitted by the Government.

The Committee also considered the Bill granting guaranty by the Republic of Serbia in favour of “Societe Generale”, Paris, France under the debt of Public Enterprise “Serbian Roads”, submitted by the Government, as well as the Bill granting guaranty by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Unicredit Bank Serbia a.d. Belgrade under the debt of Public Enterprise “Serbian Roads”, submitted by the Government.

The Legislative Committee unanimously deemed all the Bills adherent to the constitutional and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

On the initiative submitted to the Constitutional Court for the initiation of proceedings to estimate the constitutionality of the provision of article 64 paragraph 3 of the Law on Agricultural Soil, the Committee decided to submit the opinion to the Constitutional Court that the provision is not contrary to articles 1, 3 and 36 of the Serbian Constitution.

On the initiatives submitted to the Constitutional Court for the estimation of the constitutionality of the provision of article 2 of the Law on the Ratification of the Agreement between Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on Social Insurance, the part regarding the provisions of article 36 and article 42 paragraph 1 of the Agreement, the Committee decided to submit the opinion to the Constitutional Court that the provisions of article 36 and article 42 paragraph 1 of the Agreement are not contrary to the provisions of article 194 paragraph 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
