Fifth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly in 2004 convened
The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, has convened the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004 for 10 a.
The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, has convened the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004 for 10 a.m. on Tuesday 29 June.
The agenda of the session, set in the Request made by 102 deputies, is to comprise proposals of decisions on the termination of office and dismissal of judges and public prosecutors, submitted by the Committee on Justice and Administration, as well as proposals of decisions on the election of public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors, submitted by the High Judicial Council.
