European Integration Committee Continues Cooperation with Konrad Adenauer Foundation
MP Marinika Tepic met today at the National Assembly House with the Director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Serbia (KAS) Norbert Beckmann-Dierkes to discuss the existing and promote future cooperation between the European Integration Committee and KAS.
The Director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Serbia Norbert Beckmann-Dierkes agreed with Tepic that so far the cooperation with the European Integration Committee has been exceptionally good and that future work on project “Europe in My Town”, aimed at promoting European values in Serbian towns and municipalities, it would expand even further. He stressed that civil society organizations play an important role in the European integration process, adding that the Foundation continues to support the cooperation between the Committee and the National Convention on the European Union. In conclusion he said that the European Union is committed to a peaceful future and that he was pleased that both the ruling majority and the coalition in Serbia stand united in their stance on the country’s European future.
