Eighty-Sixth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 12 September, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Criminal Procedure Bill, Civil Procedure Bill and Rehabilitation Bill.
Following a debate, the Committee unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly should adopt the Criminal Procedure Bill and Civil Procedure Bill, in principle, while it proposed that the National Assembly should adopt the Rehabilitation Bill, in principle, with one abstained vote.
At the sitting, the Committee unanimously formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of Krsman Ilic, public prosecutor at the Nis Appellate Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
