Eighth Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 25 September, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle the bills on the protection of personal data, seizure of assets derived from a criminal offense, responsibility of legal persons for criminal offenses, the Anti-Corruption Agency and amendments and modifications of the Law on financing of political parties and concluded that all the proposed acts are in line with the Constitution and legal order of the Republic of Serbia.



At the sitting held on 25 September, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle the bills on the protection of personal data, seizure of assets derived from a criminal offense, responsibility of legal persons for criminal offenses, the Anti-Corruption Agency and amendments and modifications of the Law on financing of political parties and concluded that all the proposed acts are in line with the Constitution and legal order of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee went on to discuss the Bill on the confirmation of the Additional protocol to the Convention for the protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data regarding supervisory authorities and transborder data flows, as well as the bills on the protection of the state border and on foreigners and deemed that all the bills are in line with the Constitution and legal order of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
