Eighth Sitting of the Health and Family Committee
At the sitting held on 24 April 2017, the members of the Health and Family Committee discussed the Bill on Biomedical Assisted Reproduction and the Bill on Transfusion Medicine, submitted by the Government, in detail.
Of the 24 amendments submitted to the Bill on Transfusion Medicine, the Government and the Committee accepted six.
The Committee also submitted three amendments of its own to articles 19, 65 and 67 of the Bill on Biomedical Assisted Reproduction, and two to articles 20 and 28 of the Bill on Transfusion Medicine.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health and the Biomedicine Directorate.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Sci. med Darko Laketic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Danica Bukvic, Olivera Ognjanovic, Dr Ljubica Mrdakovic Todorovic, Prim. Dr Vlado Babic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Branka Stamenkovic, Desanka Repac, Danijela Stojadinovic, Gordana Comic, Dr Vesna Rakonjac, Dr Zarko Korac and Dr Muamer Bacevac.
