Eighth Sitting of the Health and Family Committee
At the sitting held on 11 December, the Health and Family Committee discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Health Care Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Health Insurance Law, in detail.
To the Bill amending and modifying the Health Care Law, 17 amendments were submitted. The Government and the Committee accepted three of the amendments, while the Committee also accepted the amendment to article 8, submitted jointly by MPs Mileta Poskurica, Milan Knezevic, Ljubica Mrdakovic Todorovic, Ninoslav Giric, Branislav Blazic, Predrag Mijatovic and Aleksandar Radojevic.
Out of the 24 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Health Insurance Law, the Government and the Committee accepted six. The Committee also accepted two amendments submitted to the Bill by the Government.
The sitting was chaired by Prof. Dr Dusan Milisavljevic, Committee Chairman.
