Of the 60 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill, the Government and the Committee accepted two, submitted to Article 22 by MP Dragan Jonic, and to Article 47 by MPs Marinika Tepic, Dragan Djilas, Borko Stefanovic, Dusan Nikezic, Goran Petrovic, Jelena Milosevic, Tatjana Pasic, Pedjđa Mitrovic, Jelena Spiric, Dalibor Jekic, Branko Miljus and Mila Popovic, while the rest were not accepted.

The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of the Environmental Protection.
