Eighth Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 26 June, the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee discussed the Bill on the Confirmation of the Defence Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Military Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation.

The Committee members also discussed the Bill on the Confirmation of the Defence Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, Bill on the Confirmation of the Defence Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations securing resources for the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
After the representative of the submitter, State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence Zoran Djordjevic provided the rationale on the bills, the Committee members unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly accept all the bills.

The sitting was chaired by Bojan Kostres, Committee Deputy Chairman.
