Eighteenth Sitting of the Committee on Health and the Family
At the sitting held on 22 July 2009, the members of the Committee on Health and the Family considered the particulars of the Bills on Blood Transfusion; on Organ Transplantation; on Cell and Tissue Transplantation; on Public Health and on Infertility Treatments by Bio-Medical Aided Fertilisation.
At the sitting held on 22 July 2009, the members of the Committee on Health and the Family considered the particulars of the Bills on Blood Transfusion; on Organ Transplantation; on Cell and Tissue Transplantation; on Public Health and on Infertility Treatments by Bio-Medical Aided Fertilisation. On the behalf of the submitters, the sitting was attended by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr Tomislav Stantic and associates.
To the Bill on Blood Transfusion, the deputies submitted a total of 14 amendments. The Government and the Committee did not accept any of the submitted amendments.
The deputies submitted a total of 40 amendments to the Bill on Organ Transplantation. The Government and the Committee did not accept any of the submitted amendments.
To the Bill on Cell and Tissue Transplantation, the deputies submitted a total of 33 amendments. The Government and the Committee accepted none of the submitted amendments.
The deputies submitted a total of 5 amendments to the Bill on Public Health. The Government and the Committee accepted none of the submitted amendments.
To the Bill on Infertility Treatments by Bio-Medical Aided Fertilisation, the deputies submitted a total of 29 amendments. The Government and the Committee accepted 2, and rejected 27 of the amendments.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Dr Paja Momcilov.
