9th session of the Justice and Administration Committee
The ninth session of the Justice and Administration Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia was held on 20 April 2004.The session was chaired by Branislav Ristivojevic, chairman of the Committee.

The Committee discussed and endorsed, in principle, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Judges, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Public Prosecutor’s Office, as well as the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the High Judicial Council, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee did not endorse amendments submitted to the Bills.
