9th session of the Administrative Committee
The ninth session of the Administrative Committee was held at 9.30 a.m. on 24 February 2004. The session was chaired by Tomislav Nikolic.

The Committee adopted the Report on the Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, which ruled that certain provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia were not in conformity with the Constitution. The Committee will forward the Report to the National Assembly and the Legislative Committee in order for the Rules of Procedure to be amended accordingly.
The session also saw the adoption of the Decision on the Employment of Persons in Deputies’ Groups and the Decision Setting Out Base Rates for the Calculation and Payment of Salaries.
The Committee approved changes to the Regulations on Internal Organisation and Classification of Positions at the National Assembly.
