96th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

In line with article 71, paragraph 3 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, at the proposal of nine MPs, National Assembly Speaker Dr Nebojsa Stefanovic convened the 96th sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues.


At the sitting, the Committee reviewed the memo sent by the Security Services Control Committee and decided to propose that the Constitutional Court postpone the publication of Decision IUz-252/02 of 26 December 2014 until the final deadline stipulated by article 58, paragraph 4 of the Law on Constitutional Court, which is 6 months from the date the Decision was adopted.

The sitting was chaired by National Assembly Speaker Dr Nebojsa Stefanovic.
