93rd session of the Legislative Committee
The Legislative Committee held its ninety-third session on 20 September. The Committee discussed, in principle and in particular, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Pension and Disability Insurance Act, the Bill on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Plans, the Bill on the Payment of Contributions for Pension and Disability Insurance for Certain Categories of Employee Beneficiaries, the Bill on the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia Arising From Assumption of Obligations of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees for Unpaid Pensions and Reimbursements, and the Bill on the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia Arising From Assumption of Obligations of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers for Unpaid Pensions and Reimbursements.
The Legislative Committee held its ninety-third session on 20 September. The Committee discussed, in principle and in particular, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Pension and Disability Insurance Act, the Bill on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Plans, the Bill on the Payment of Contributions for Pension and Disability Insurance for Certain Categories of Employee Beneficiaries, the Bill on the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia Arising From Assumption of Obligations of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees for Unpaid Pensions and Reimbursements, and the Bill on the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia Arising From Assumption of Obligations of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers for Unpaid Pensions and Reimbursements.
The Committee also discussed the Criminal Code Bill, the Bill on Underage Perpetrators of Criminal Offences and Criminal Protection of Underage Persons, the Bill on the Performance of Criminal Sanctions, the Bill on the Programme of Protection of Participants in Criminal Proceedings, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Code on Criminal Proceedings, the Veterinary Medicine Bill and the Bill on the Veterinary, Plant Protection and Sanitary Laboratories Agency.
The Committee pronounced the Bills legally possible. Seven amendments submitted to the Bill on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Plans were rejected as not having been submitted in due time, as were three amendments submitted to the Bill on the Veterinary, Plant Protection and Sanitary Laboratories Agency. The Committee ruled that the remaining amendments were legally possible.Committees related to this activity
