89th session of the Legislative Committee
At its session held on 29 August 2005, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed a corrected amendment to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Broadcasting Act, submitted by Predrag Markovic.
At its session held on 29 August 2005, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the
Members of the Legislative Committee discussed and in principle adopted the Public Administration Bill, the Civil Servants Bill, the Competition Protection Bill, the Advertising Bill, the Consumer Protection Bill, the Prices Bill and the Public Defender Bill, all proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
Amendments submitted to the Advertising Bill were rejected as not having been submitted in due time, while all amendments submitted to other Bills were ruled legally possible.
The session was chaired by the chairman of the Legislative Committee, Milos Aligrudic.
